Movement process

Sit on the machine and hold onto the seat and leg rest for stability. Start with your legs fully extended and slowly bend your legs until you feel your muscles contract. This movement should be smooth and controlled, without using momentum or spring force.

When your legs are fully bent, hold this position for a few seconds to increase the strength of the muscle contraction. Then, slowly extend your legs back to the original position until your knees are almost fully extended. Be careful not to lock your knees. Keep the movement controlled and smooth.
