How to Use the EZ Curved Bar:

1. Bicep Curls:

   • Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
   • Grasp the bar with an underhand (supine) grip, hands about shoulder-width apart for a standard curl.
   • Keep your elbows close to your torso and curl the bar upwards by flexing your arms.
   • Slowly lower the bar back to the starting position.

2. Tricep Extensions (Skull Crushers):

   • Lie on a bench with your back flat, holding the EZ bar with an overhand (pronated) grip.
   • Keep your upper arms stationary, and bend your elbows to lower the bar towards your forehead.
   • Push the bar back up to the starting position, fully extending your arms.

3. Preacher Curls:

   • Use a preacher bench for better isolation of the biceps.
   • Hold the bar with a supine grip and curl it upwards, keeping your upper arms resting on the bench.
   • Lower the bar slowly to stretch your biceps, then repeat.

4. Reverse Curls (for forearms):

   • Stand with the bar in front of you, grip it with an overhand (pronated) grip.
   • Curl the bar towards your chest, keeping your elbows stationary.
   • Lower it back down and repeat.
